RECREATIONAL OVERVIEW
The purpose of the recreational soccer program is to provide an opportunity for children to have fun, learn the sport, and develop a lifelong love of the game in a less-competitive environment. It is our goal to develop kids who not only possess quality soccer skills, but to build strong character through sportsmanship and teamwork. Our dedicated volunteer coaches strive to create an enjoyable environment while teaching both basic and advanced soccer skills.
Our recreational programs are perfect for those who are first starting out in soccer or just wish to play with less travel and time commitments. Girls and Boys can participate in this program with minimal experience. Coaches are typically parent volunteers who introduce age-appropriate skills and fundamentals while emphasizing having fun!
Players in our Recreational Program (8U – 15U) experience the exhilaration of competition, the fun of a team environment,
and the joy of playing the beautiful game with friends – all without the heavier expectations and commitment required in our Academy and Select programs.
But make no mistake – there is no lack of desire and competition to be found in this program – these teams can play!
MAJORS (8U)
2017 Birth Year for the 2024-2025 season
Co-Ed teamsOur 8U Majors Program emphasizes developing the soccer skills of each player in a wholesome team environment with friends.
We promote a fun, competitive atmosphere that creates a desire for every player to keep a soccer ball at their feet.
8U Majors teams will participate in an in-house league against other LCFC teams through weekend games,
with one practice per week led by parent-coaches. Players will also receive a game day jersey, included in the registration fee.
Teams are Co-ed, 50% by gender throughout the club. We strive to place 8 players on each Majors team.
Fall 2024 – 6 Week Program
September 9th to October 14th
Spring 2025 – 6 Week Program
April 14th to May 19th
(no practice on Memorial Day)
COST: $300 (both seasons)

Beyond just soccer skills, our program emphasizes important life skills such as teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.
We aim to nurture well-rounded athletes who excel both on and off the field.
Weekly Practices & Weekend Games will take place on the beautiful soccer fields
at Maple Avenue Elementary School and Silver Spring Intermediate School – both part of the Hamilton School District in Sussex.

9U-10U BOYS & GIRLS RECREATIONAL
2015 & 2016 Birth Years for the 2024-2025 season
Our Recreational players experience the great competitive atmosphere of soccer in a light-hearted environment with their friends and teammates.
We emphasize the development of each player’s soccer skills and strive to create a desire for every player to keep a soccer ball at their feet.
Teams will participate in the Wisconsin Youth Soccer Association’s sanctioned recreational league, competing against other clubs in the Southeastern Wisconsin Area.
Uniforms are included in registration cost.
Recreational Teams are gender specific.
Practices will be held in the Pewaukee/Sussex Area
Field assignments will be determined mid June, 2024 and communicated.
“U” Age Requirements
“U” is short for “UNDER”.
This age is determined by your child’s birth date. Players can not be over the listed age.
Soccer ages are determined once per year and remain the same for the entire year.
Recreational leagues are formed by birth year and not grade level.
COST: $350 (both seasons)
COST: $225 (Fall ONLY or Spring ONLY)
9/10U Girls & Boys Teams – 2015 & 2016 Birth Year for the 2024-2025 season
7 v 7. Games are played on a 40 yd x 60 yd field with 6’ x18’ goals.
Offside will be called.
Preferred roster size of 12, maximum roster size of 16.
1-2 practices a week. Game(s) on weekend.
11U-15U BOYS & GIRLS RECREATIONAL
2014-2010 Birth Years for the 2024-2025 season
Our Recreational players experience the great competitive atmosphere of soccer in a light-hearted environment with their friends and teammates.
We emphasize the development of each player’s soccer skills and strive to create a desire for every player to keep a soccer ball at their feet.
Teams will participate in the Wisconsin Youth Soccer Association’s sanctioned recreational league, competing against other clubs in the Southeastern Wisconsin Area.
Uniforms are NOT included in registration costs.
Recreational Teams are gender specific.
Practices will be held in the Pewaukee/Sussex Area

Preferred roster size of 12, maximum roster size of 16.
2 practices a week. Game(s) on weekend.
13U-15U Girls & Boys Teams – 2010, 2011 & 2012 Birth Year for the 2024-2025 season
11 v 11. Games are played on a 65 yd x 110 yd field with 8’ x 24’ goals.
Offside will be called. Preferred roster size of 18, maximum roster size of 22.
2 practices a week. Game(s) on weekend.
